No it doesn't. You can attach a POD HD to it but the amp does no modelling.

@maneatingtoilets I'll put it this way, If you want it now, buy it. I have noticed that Line 6 introduces models, begins work on the upgraded model and releases it with in 2-3 years afterwards. Just check out the pod line- The began pod, pod xt, pod live, pod x3 and pod HD, I'm not for sure of the time frame on each, but I would say with in 2 years apart.

I've learned to never buy the first release of anything from Line 6. Not because of bad quality, but because in 2 years there will be an upgraded model released, most likely called the DT 50 Mk II. Which will include more options and upgrades. Spider Valve owners know what I mean !
