    can these be used for parchment craft cards ?

  • @Nerys50Cardmaking Because the oil pastes don't dry completely they are not well suited for handling. Once finished they should be coated with fixative and then mounted and displayed. If you have more questions, please contact our Product Information experts at info @ dick blick. com. Thanks
