@HoundofOdin Thank-you for your comment. I'm just trying to test a theory of theological and political cross-pollenation - with a common source. I realize that the various gods and goddesses are quite different - but I am considering that they were all created by a luciferian apostolic succession of goddesses - or actually lived by them. You might find 'Hathor' from Stargate SG-1 on hulu(dot)com to be interesting. My mind is not made-up at this point - but I'm finding more support for my theory.

I believe every deity, be they god or goddess, should be approached and worshipped in their own way, specific to their culture of origin. I hate people equating totally separate gods just because of one or two surface similarities. Xipe Totec and Freyr are both "fertility gods" but they are nothing like each other past that. I am a Hard Polytheist. I believe every god is an individual, not some aspect of a giant super force.

@HoundofOdin Consider that the goddess phenomenon may be a mixture of fact and fiction, truth and error. I have huge problems with the old mythologies and theologies - and with the new age bs. But this doesn't mean that there isn't a thread of truth which runs through all of it. You are obviously bright beyond your years - so please consider the possibility that Lucifer = Lilith and/or Eve = Hathor = Isis = Mary = Inanna = Anna (in 'V') = Whore of Babylon. Don't get mad at me - just research it.

I'm far smarter than most people my age. I don't buy into New Age horse shit, which is more than can be said for you.

You're not even old enough to know what's true. You've only been an adult for what...a year? Please, your immaturity is showing. Glad I saw your age. I don't argue with youngins like you, you don't know even the fundamentals. So how can a measely 19 years (17 of which you as a minor didn't even have dominion over yourself), who spent his childhood watching anime & playing videos games possibly know any true history. Boy I had already finished college before you were BORN! Get a clue.

Unlike you, I stick to true historical facts and not theories. Monotheism is a primitive idea, regardless of if it's the primitive Israelite belief system or this modern day "One Goddess" bullshit.
-
And you really need to read & research more. Stop cutting yourself off. It's ridiculous to believe history didn't begin until the writing on of tablets. You're so backwards. I'm not a feminist I am a Goddess. I don't fight for equality like white women do. When I first existed there was no patriarchy (it wasn't even heard of). I don't fight for what is already mine...freedom. You need to find out why scandinavians/vikings liked wearing horned helmets (crowns) it's the symbol of the Goddess.

You really need to stop listening to those eco-feminst Wiccans. They have a very twisted view of history. In ancient times, there was no "Great Goddess" during the stone age that Wiccans and other Generic Pagans like to talk about. History does in fact begin with Sumer, because they had the first form of writing. That Great Goddess bullshit is just leftover mental garbage from Christianity making people think one god is more advanced than many gods.
-
At HoundofOhin, History doesn't begin with Sumeria. LIke I said prior to 6000 A.D. there was no concept of a male god. Those came later after they turned on the Goddess and began abusing her. She resisted her attackers subjugation and they punished her for it.

Inanna is a Sumerian goddess, and according to the Sumerian creation myth, before all else the was An, the male god of heaven. Inanna didn't come in until later, as the twin of Utu the sun god. She decided to birth him? I think not.
