Ahh man, if only he were like this when he was drafted. he had so much potential, and I did think he was going to succeed in the NFL. Good for him to be able to do interviews like this.

@luxy009 That's what happens when you're the worst bust in NFL history and decide to do interviews. You can't have Ryan Leaf on your show and tip-toe around your guest being a terrible football player. What else are they gonna talk about, favorite foods?

just an FYI to the interviewer I don't think any egomaniac has high self-esteem. It's a persona like he said. People who think they're better than everyone else and act like they're the shit are the most insecure people on the face of the earth.

He tried and he failed. At least he tried. Good for him. He does not owe anyone OTHER THAN himself anything. Trying and failing is still better than being a fat guy stuffed into a NFL jersey on Sundays screaming at a TV or from the stands with beer soaked breathe and nacho stained teeth. He knows what it's like to go after your dream and fail. Most people will never be able to say at least that much. Glad he has it together.
