The way the million dollar question is formed is; that although seeming easy, it is a very deceptive and tricky question. All the other incorrect answers are composed so they will seem more likely to be the correct answer. So the contestant will focus on those other answers while completely and subconsciously ignoring the obviously unlikely and correct answer.
