This guy is severly misinformed! Probably jealous because he has never experienced it. It's amazing how much he "reads into" the scripture. Beware of false teachers!!!!

This all sounds dandy until the Holy Spirit hammers you and you are all of a sudden involuntarily speaking in tongues. The PERSON of Christ living in a person, the filling of the Holy Spirit, the fruit of the Spirit is ALL a PRESENT reality that IS SENSUAL. JM deliberately uses the word "sensual" here I believe to cast evil on all of humanity's hunger to experience God. It stinks. It is nothing but high-minded gibberish in its own right.

@MrRenegaid83 Many who do are imbalanced and overly negative in their assesment. It is easier to condemn the whole movement than use Biblical discernment in what is good and what is not.

@MrRenegaid83 You are right you would have to go back to the original languages. Personaly I don't use the KJV. Notice MacArthur doesnt refer to any linguistic experts but says this is his best "guess" as he puts it.
