I did well today :o)
Total Intake- 1700
Total Burned- 600 .... Taking me to 1,100 calories (right on target)
Kettle corn was awesome!!
1/4 cup of Smart Balance oil (360)
1/2 cup of popping kernnels (260)
1/4 cup of splenda brown sugar (5)
Total calories = 625 for the Extra Extra large bowl
(honestly enough for 4 people)

Girls Night tommorow I'll be reporting VERY LATE again :o)

Ohh it was yummy too. video instruction on youtube shows some tricks to it ;o) It was super easy and fast and ohh so yummy .. It was a huge serving size too! I could have had 1/2 of what i had but i needed extra calories anyway :o) Thanks I'm glad I went to therapy. I have improved alot but its something i'm going to have to work on for awhile at home cause i still have issues with it and i'm still restricted with activitys :o( but i'll get there darn it :o)thanks for watching deary
