  • Yeah, there are other options but we're learning about Arm Bars, not wrist locks nor other strikes.

  • This is of course best case scenario, perfect scenario even. In a real fight its actually more beneficial to strike the neck or groin if the opponent is that close. Going for a lock is just too risky, the guy has another arm, or he could just be stronger than you.

  • i think you also can do a wrist lock as well. from that postion.
