Migraines

I have a migraine today. It's all the fun of a hang over except you didn't do anything to deserve it. I made this early this morning, only to find out Sxephil is not feeling well too. So Phil, this ones retroactively goes out to you.

It sucks SO much. The only up side is that the only thing I am good for is watching movies. So I am catching up on a couple.

I take numerous warm showers in the dark, and spend time jamming a massage knob tool into the deep tendons of my neck. Works pretty well, but relpax often does too. they are awful. It's like someone is slowly shoving a rusty railroad spike through my eye socket.

I wear my dark aviators when I get migrains too

I got a migraine right now but I can't find my dam aviators

Spicy Bile Boiling in My Belly, Throbbing veins pulsating through my temples, Constant Suttle Gag in the Back of my Throat, Complete Exhaustion but Too much pain to sleep.
