I don't know if you're from Texas? In any event, a city called White Rock had the warmest winter in Canada for the (2009 - 2010) winter season. It was warmer than the majority of U.S. cities in the south, including the likes of Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas. In fact, White Rock's winters are NORMALLY warmer than winters in Amarillo, Texas, Oklahoma City, Nashville... If you live anywhere in North Texas, I should have given you given you an excellent gauge for how mild it is?
