I'm French speaking (from Quebec) and I get most of English. Of course, if you speak incredibly fast, I won't be able to catch up (I'm 14). Though I can read, write and perfectly understand lyrics from songs and translate them mentally almost instantly.

If you're able to learn another language, then, same for us. If you can't, well, keep on practicing. :)

i'm not implying your all thick and can't understand another language...

what i mean is hearing another language and trying to understand it can be hard because of a number of things. you might think when you hear english speak that its fast and hard to pick up on.

you might not ffully understand all the words being said, especially if your a young person hearing english songs...
