I got this all down, but I have trouble keeping the hoop above my knees. When it goes below my knees, I lose control.

you make that look so easy. I've been trying for 2 months and still can't get it. everytime I try and jump back in I lose momentum...any suggestions?

@hoopasaurus hmmm if you are loosing momentum you are forgetting to keep pushing on the hoop with your inside leg. keep trying! you'll get it! you could also try it with a bigger heavier hoop, that way you can slow the hoop down but it will still have more momentum than a little polypro thing.

i can hoop on both legs fine but then the hoop just slips off and hits the floor. i think im doing it right but it litterally just slides off :( i am using a three pound hoop with foam that is made for exercising. should i get a different hoop or is there some other way i can get the hoop to stick to my legs better?

@xtheholeinmyheartx push push push push push!! all the way around! is my best advice, you may also want to try some lighter hoops. my hoops leave bruises and are much lighter, I think my legs would be mashed potatoes after leg hooping with a 3 lb hoop! but power to ya!
