This is a series of videos that show how I am using EVA Closed-Cell Foam to build my son's 2011 Halloween Ironman costume. I'm certainly not an expert in this method and my process is certain to be different that other costumers using this material. Hopefully, these videos give you some ideas of how you could work with this material!

This video shows how I trace the pep pieces onto the foam and then cut out the pieces needed to construct a single costume part.

  • @ShielderPro It's I'm using 3mm EVA closed-cell foam from Wandy Foam (ebay store). I detail the pricing and links in my build post on the RPF forum (page #4 towards the top). Youtube won't let me put the link here, but you can find the link to my forum thread in the description.
