Spaceship Excellent - Episode 14: Princeton

Having secured a spacecraft for their eventual journey home, and having realized the necessity of expensive petroleum-based fuel for its propulsion, the spacemen sought out the best way in America to make a killing: an Ivy league Education. They arrived at Princeton University, home of the tenacious Tigers, just in time for their gridiron battle with perennial nemesis, Harvard. Will the spacemen enroll in the Ivies and matriculate with highly-coveted degrees? Will they be put on the dreaded waiting list? Will they be accepted only to sadly realize that they lack the fiscal foundation to pay the tuition?

The spacemen enthusiastically attempted to assimilate into the sea of orange pants, collared shirts, tiger-striped blazers and palpable sense of entitlement. After finding a place to park their spaceship in the grass and mud, they observed the merriment and joined in the festivity of their first "tailgate".

Eager to learn more about their prospects of making money after their Princeton educations, the spacemen interviewed some undergrads to obtain valuable Ivy perspective.

Somewhat distraught by the news of an uncertain economy even for Ivy-leaguers, the Spacemen hurried to their safe place: on stage, delivering their inter-galactic rock for the masses.

How long can these extra-terrestrials remain so incredibly excellent? Will the rigors of Spacemanity prove too taxing and send our heroes careening into oblivion or mortal suckiness? Join us next time from the Large Apple.

ABOUT SPACESHIP EXCELLENT
The musical Spacemen are on a mission to explore the galaxy of the United States in search of the leader of the solar system. They travel in a spaceship bus, a mobile laboratory used for inspecting foreign towns and inhabitants. The viewpoints they collect become raw material for their live shows, where their experience becomes one with their audience. The mission will culminate in the nations capital on Election Day, when the new leader will be named.
