Practically every pentecostal type I know has said something to that effect. They claim a 'SECOND BLESSING', this therefore meaning that anyone that is not like them hasn't made the mark, or etc. Usually they will claim a 'speaking in tongues' type of manifestation "OR YOU JUST AIN"T ARRIVED".

Great point, Pastor Steve!
Another one I heard on television a while back, concerned a certain minister who was advertising a convention that was to be held out in California. It was promised that if they went to this convention they will receive a "new revelation" from heaven.
The problem is obvious -- there isn't any new revelation. There is ONE revelation, and it's the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
