People will be in charge of their own lives. Black people aint gonna fare too well without others doing for them and giving them jobs. More black women will get abortions as their will be no more money to raise a child. Black men will overwhelm the prison system and hunger will kick in by 2025, African like hunger for many. Whites and Latinos will be much better off as they are solution based people with strong family bonds. Asians also but blacks are doomed as this clock tics down.='(

It comes down to personal responsability. Hopefully families can stick together and help each other. Welfare was a big mistake. I know four recipients of EBT and Section 8. @bearhamo Gold also has no intrinsic value. In the war on Serbia/Kosovo, people were not accepting gold as payment for food. There is also an oversupply of gold in the world, compared to what's needed in industry.
I would go for the "black gold" standard" make one dollar = one gallon crude oil. Then require the Gov. to have in the strategic oil reserve at least half of all the money in circulation, and payable by the barrel to anyone upon demand.

When gold is "at an all time high" That simply means the dollar is worth less that particular point in time. It takes more dollars to buy the same amount of gold. The value of gold does not change. The dollar does. I am surprised anyone would give any gold in exchange as dollars have no intrinsic value whatsoever.
