We were concentration our efferts on getting the footwork right under stress. Didn't stop for hits, just kept on going and tryed to get in and out of the fighting with footwork. After each session, the rest of the group pointed out the right and wrongs, but to really understand I put up the clips here for everybody to look at and analys for themselves. Please comment, but remember it's a drill.
