@ibpointless2 yes I noticed but as well if you look closely at the setup of what he's plugging in there is an ac motor with a drive belt leading too a alternator which is connected too the control he's using to change the frequency of the voltage, it is low voltage based reveiw the footage again and you'll realize what is happening

@ibpointless2 in that test he is using an electric motor to power a car alternator just to simulate the use of the device being powered by a car,,,,the electric motor on start up can consume a great deal of amps

Anyone else notice the lights in the shop flicker around 2:45 when He plugs the device in. The only time that happens is when you plug in a high powered devices such as a vacuum. So it maybe true that it uses low amps but power is the real measurement here and you can tell its using a lot of power to create hydrogen due to the light flicker.

correction,its the frequency at which the elements vibrate combined with the precise electric voltage that makes it ultra efficient,the capacitor design is key because he says he can use an ordinary car battery...I could make one of these...
