Redemption-Strawman, Part 1of 5

The resulting changes from the '33 bankruptcy of the U.S. are the birth of the Strawman/fiction attached to each flesh and blood man/woman. Thru deciept, without our knowlege, without explanation a slavery was imposed on everyone. All corporations are denoted by their name spelled in capital letters, so why is mine spelled that way (JOHN DOE) on every publicly licensed corporate contract? IRS,DMV,Marriage lic., BANK acct., etc.

I am not a true believer of the Redemption approach to having no 'debt' by using my 'strawman' account to pay for anything. I am a true common law freeman, where I am responsible in every way for myself and pay my debts with my labor. Without comprehension of what the attorneys have crafted in their deceit and trickery, one cannot have any appreciation for why the situation is what it is, and how it got this way.Without the fraud of the Bankers, life would be incredibly better.No IRS nuff said

@justiceformen That there is no money, everything is fictional. I am a common law freeman and the Bank can't prove it lent me any money, they can't by law lend their own credit, so what value did they give me?? I don't owe any debt if no value was received. The judges will never allow this info to come out under testimony in court or they will 'seal the case'. I can't prove I have a treasury account to pay off debts, but I can prove they didn't give constitutional lawful tender Art.1,8&10

@justiceformen Yes in a credit card matter against my daughter. Atty couldn;'t produce a power of atty,; license to practice law, written contract, evidence of money had, or an acct stated. Judge couldn't produce evidence of the form of law being adjudicated, evidence of no conflict of interest, represented the Bank by denying a NOTICE AND DEMAND to DISMISS with no oppositon from the Bank, so I swore a complaint for mainaining a fraudulent suit. Atty didn't answer discovery, or a Subpeona

I studied this constantly for a couple of years. I have been fortunate enough to meet true leaders in comprehension of this material and thru their wisdom and my intuition came to my understanding of it. I try and provide actual evidence to support my allegations as I don't want anyone to take my "opinion" as truth, but instead research it on their own. Without your own study, you will have no true faith in your knowledge.

Here's how I see it. Those who desire freedom are a class.
