The DVD consist of 50 minutes of footage of the holy rivers of india with background soft Indian music. While showing the rivers there is narration of the instructions on the breathing and meditation techniques - the photography is really nice.

Among the things you'll see is Rishikesh, the Kali temple in Dakshineswar, and the Ghats in Varanasi ( Benares ) and other holy places. Very beautiful.

A carefully crafter video that took 7 years to complete. A self-development tool that will help you discover meditation as a delightful experience of beauty and spiritual enjoyment.

Used daily, or occasionally, you'll emerge from audio-visual interlude, which include authentic natural sounds from India, feeling refreshed and peaceful.

This self-development program is based on, and initiates you into, and ancient meditation technique which has been extensively researched and scientifically validated by Harvard University.*

*Harvard University is not in anyway connected to Videomeditation Studios, or to this Self Development program

A unique feature of this video is the flexibility it gives you to choose from several different sessions. Ranging in length from 10 to 50 minutes.

With beautiful footage of the River Ganges from its beginnings as it make its way through the mountains from the foothill of the Himalayas from Dwarahat to Rishikesh a 400 Km extent. Most of the footage was recorded in Varanasi (Benares), Allahabad, Dakshineshwar ( famous for the Kali Temple where Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa lived for many years and visited by Paramahansa Yogananda in many occasions where he had visions of the Goddess), also the Jamuna river in Mathura where Lord Krishna was born and other holy rivers of India.

The Ganga, especially, is the river of India, beloved of her people, round which are intertwined her memories, her hopes and fears, her songs of triumph, her victories and her defeats. She has been a symbol of India's age-long culture and civilization, ever changing, ever flowing, and yet ever the same Ganga. - Jawaharlal Nehru, First Prime Minister of India, born in Allahabad on the Ganges.
