@WhoTFisLeroy i know its been 5 moths but i would have to disagree with you.the peace movement stopt the war in vietnam.the peace movent kind of got a genaration out of a situation where kids obeyd the will of egoic parents and gouverment.the racial face of america got inlightend.please dont tell me the movement did not help at all.us young people have to get less self involved and more social these days thats all..sorry for spelling by the way english is second language.

The interesting thing is that as hosts of the Monterey Pop Festival, they really had no chance to rehearse as they were getting everything together for the show. The other thing was they were the final act of the festival. After the Who, after Jimi Hendrix. Seen interviews that said they were not at their best, but still a historical showing
