  • So inspiring to see younger people growing, when they being able to stand instead of you! Thanks for reminding.

  • Absolutely inspiring Paul. I remember discussing this with him at Saddleback during a worship workshop. This is spot on. It is so awesome to be humble enough to encourage newer members with a non-pressure attitude. It is such a great way to imitate Christ in saying "You can do all things..not just me! You can take my place and I'll back you up!" What a wonderful concept!

  • Good video!!!

  • My best worship team is 18 and under. Now crank up that Casino and play 'Revolution', dawg!

  • I am not a worship leader, just a member of the congregation, but did work in Christian radio for 20 years, and have attended the same church for 25! :) This message is *EXCELLENT* and I am going to share it with the worship team, there! :) God bless you!

  • @Harky1951 Oh, ok. That's what I thought, 'cause I searched a couple times and found nothing on him being divorced. Lol.

  • @Songwriter4God Absolutely not. I was saying I was a worship leader until divorce changed my life. Sorry if that was not clear.. Paul BaLoche is the BEST.

  • @Harky1951 Are you saying Paul is divorced? This comment has confused me for a while.

  • Articulate. Sincere. Necessary. Loving. Kind. You were always my favorite example as a leader and as a songwriter ..... when I was leading worship. Divorce changed that but I still HAVE to check in with you. Bittersweet these days though. But worship leaders need these pointers so ....kudo's ....Paul.

  • Well put brother :)
