i did this with the four peices of alteration spells cost 25% less to cast like he did and it fucking worked i was suprised thankyou now i can paralize people :D

actually 4 items at 25% less to cast = 100%, and means that I did not cost any magic at all.
I have upgraded my enchanting skills to made some destruction clothes to test the theory on shadowmere... :D It's valid!
