mellophones aren't made in Bb. only in F alto. marching french horns are made in Bb and F alto. this could be a bugle in G.... the camera shots don't allow me to see it well.

that is a mello, but its one of the weird shaped ones like the one on wikipedia, the one i use in school looks like a bioggger trumpet
