Yes, you are right good works is essential but it is not basis to gain salvation. It is only by Grace through Faith. The objective of our faith is Jesus Christ. The result of faith is good works. Salvation is gift from God you do not need to be more good person to attain the love of God. God demonstrates his own love for us while are still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

I was taught that you had to willing give your life over to him, and truly believe he is there in you life, not just act good, i was taught that doing good doens't get you to heaven.

i'm catholic and i believe that anyone regardless of religion can go to heaven if theyre good because it means they accepted christ in their hearts whether hey know it or not.

Also its not nice to preach to people how to live. It's not, if you want to make a point you need to explain what the point is. Using bible versus to people who dont believe in Christianity wont listen to them. you teach by example not by preaching and lecturing others.

The point of the video is to show you that people who knock people down for their beliefs is in the wrong. To make fun of or tell someone their going to hell for their beliefs, you are no better than the middle ages where they threatened you with hell if you didnt give them money. The point is that we should befreind all people not just people or our own particular beliefs.

not to be mean, but i must point out that Jesus spent most of his time with the ungodly and the sick and brought them to heaven, today i dont hardly see people who call themselves christian take this measure. They just either dont talk to them or tell them they are wrong. They dont help them get anywhere in life, and they dont show them how to live, the just make fun of them and ingore them. How does this make the world anybetter.I see this all the time.

Ha! You totally just played a nickleback song when you addressing religious tolerance.... that's pretty lame
Why is it so hard, not to respect what other people love, e.g. their religion. I`m glad to see that today there are more and more people who speak out against religious hate, without starting to hate all kinds of religion. Intolerance means hate and hate means sin!!!
