  • GREAT

  • wow

  • The volume is quite soft on this video.

    - SAO

  • thanks for this, it clarifies a lot

  • Extremely useful...wish u cud explain till the activation of gene transcription! and ya, plz work on the volume as well :)

  • @WellConditionedChimp cAmp activates PKA and PKA is the one that phosphorylates other target proteins. And the enzyme acting in the liver is Hexokinase IV (aka glucokinase). Hope this helps! :)

  • so, is it safe to say that the general purpose of cAMP is to phosphorylate intracellular proteins, thereby turning on some physiological response, like breaking glycogen into glucose in the liver? Does it always have to do with sympathetic responses? I'm new to this. Thanks

  • @G7Alex go ram a bible in your ass...or go ram a psychology text book in your ass....or a ram a steering wheel up your ass....ram anything you find more relevant than this video in your ass, even living things. go ram an alligator in your ass. go ram some a moss in your ass, etc.

  • Good stuff, though most of it was too in-depth for what I needed. The initial part helped me understand the link between cAMP and PKA better though :)

  • very nice and useful , you're a nice teacher . now I got it . thanks .
