NO SMOKING - WEEK FOUR

well I stopped smoking 4 weeks ago, thats a month now dont you know, that i've been without a cigarette
nursey says i'll really have quit, when I no longer count the days, so I guess it's too early to say that i've given up yet
so, i'll keep boring you with endless daily updates, and with tedious weekly videos,
one month, that's 28 day, 672 hours, see, i'm still watching as each day goes

I stopped smoking, yep i'm a fucking star, i've cleaned out my lungs and got rid of the tar
and i'm feeling really smug about my great will power,
and i've learn't there's 3,600 seconds in an hour

It's not been to bad you know, giving up the fags, in fact it's been ok..
it's all thanks to patches and Wagon Wheels, and 7 square meals a day
40, 320 minutes, I know, I remember each and every one
2,419,200 seconds, of pure unrelenting fun

Hi mikee. I haven't watched week 3,resentful that you haven't 'assessed' many of my videos,lately,nor given your usually reliable 'thumb'.
