Uploaded for archiving purposes and my own amusement.
From Doug Holder's show "Poet to Poet/Writer to Writer," recorded every month on Somerville Community Access TV.
Witness me trying to sound intelligent in my first interview ever as an author.
Some quick notes:
Lynne Sticklor is also known as The Prize Lady. He called her a "mutual friend" of ours, though I was dating her at the time.
The co-founder of Cosmic Orange Press is NOT Victor Cayro, but Felipe Victor Martinez. Felipe went by Victor at the time, but Cayro? Boy, I screwed up there.
I had only featured at Stone Soup. I had no idea I was going to be hosting and organizing the venue. None.
Doug says at one point that I mentioned that the Emerson College writing program was a mess. That's not exactly true. It was the publishing department that was messed up, which was a good part of why I changed to creative writing as a major.
