  • Here is a young man who chooses a road less travelled.....

Expert Hui might not get the "look," but he certainly got the skills! I bet he will have a beautiful wife who appreciates his great cooking expertise in the future. Who girl doesn't love food !? Girls who love food love Expert Hui! ☆☆☆☆☆

  • Thanks for saying something master1fsh. So sad to know we live in a country where there are people that are still this ignorant and racist. I am sure the people below do not even know the definition of communism.

  • lol the wok is half-seasoned

  • Errrrr, where's the chicken? Where's the beef???

  • Well, I watched the complete video and I still have no idea how to make this. Thank you so much, expertvillage, for splitting your videos up in a bunch of tiny tiny clips, it makes it all so easy.

On a more serious note: I hate expertvillage and I will never watch another expertvillage video. Plenty of other recipe sources on youtube that does not make you have to look for the next parts of the recipe.

  • Please man, just speak chinese and add english subtitles to your clips!!!!!!!

  • what are stainless steel woks like comapred to authentic carbon steel woks? i have carbon steel and its never sticks when properly seasoned and oiled but im concerned about how quickly these woks can rust if left after use and my concern is they could potentially rust when being used with liquid dished. this why using water in carbon steel concerns me and i thought about trying stainless steel but i've heard stainless steel is not as good as carbon steel. have i much to worry about risks

  • omg I need more asian food in my life I'm tired of my white mom making me white food... I need to move near an Asian grocery!!!

  • absolutely fantastic, Ive tried to cook chinese several times and just failed miserably . I followed your instruction to the letter and made the most fantastic dish
