BOB Hunt Run on Winter Contingency (The Secret Golden Elites)

Hunting all of the BOBs on Winter Contingency. (The secret Golden Elites)

After I Kill the first BOB at the first Settlement I restart at the Rally point.

Then when the first BOB doesn't spawn I move to the second settlement and kill him there and again restart the level.

Then going through the level again the first and second BOBs don't spawn I go to the final settlement and kill the final BOB.

Worked a treat! Found and killed the invisible elite carrying a data pad at start of mission and BOB at the 3rd spawn point, thanks for the vid mate :)
