I love Charlie, but this might not be the best forum for his tendency to talk extemporaneously until someone yanks him off the stage. The students just want to flip their caps up in the air and go celebrate.

It's so true what Charlie says about building a latticework of mental models with a multi discipline approach... You can actually outwit experts in their field - it's almost scary how simple yet powerful this one piece of knowledge is.

Love Charlie, can't get enough of him. He is definitely one of the smartest people on the planet and has a very lucid mind. He is also much less direct and political than Buffett so you can often learn more from him. Do yourself a favor and grab the book Poor Charlie's Almanack. - Adrian Meli
