@24khanna No he was mediocre. Not bad, but not great. I barely heard his name his entire college career. His name came up a couple of times because he had some amazing runs, but that's it. Whenever they mentioned West Virginia, it was always Pat White or Steve Slaton who got the publicity. Great college players, the elite, get mentioned every week. That wasn't the case for him. He should've went to another college, He got recruited by so many other high status schools.

@WWEFaNOFKANE1997 i didn't say anything about noel i know he had a wonderful career but if he was looking for a national championship or anything else that wasn't the school to go to like i said west virginia went to hell after pat white left

@freerunning35 What are you talking about? Noel did fine at West Virginia. One bad injury affected him his senior year...that's all. He had a wonderful career at WVU.
