Feel like dinner in the shadow of North America's highest peak? How about some halibut with smoked tomato compote, or a 15 day aged smoked rib eye? Don't forget to start things off with an appetizer of mac and cheese, using truffle oil and gruyere cheese. Oh, and afterwards, a little night cap back at your room with windows facing "The Great One" is the perfect ending.
