@BlackArmy6 hes talking about the shutter speed not frames per second normally you should shoot with your shutter speed at twice the frame rate its still is capturing the same number of FPS but the shutter is refreshing prob 500 times a second in this shot. It effects the motion blur of the image and shutter speed @ 2x the frame rate looks best however a shutter speed that low with this aperture isn't possible in daylight without an ND filter

Shutter is too high. Should be @60fps (or 48 if this is 24p)
