Reminds me of my grandmother during the time she was teaching me to play piano for the church, this was one of her favorite song, though I still play for churches it's just not the same anymore, we use to rock the church with praise and songs, now with the adjustments that I had to make with my music to be contemporary it lost a lot in translation.

My, Sister Coates could sing! I'm a sixty-five year old white boy who used to scoff at such Spirit-filled singing, but the better I know my Master the more I long to join in with heart-felt music. There is indeed a place for emotion in worshiping our infinite, self-existent, loving God.

My God, my God, she sang this song. I just discovered this video and it has become part of my of my morning devotion. This is the kind of Holy Ghost spirit we need in our churches and homes. Then we will hear from heaven then our children and people will be saved. leah108ful

who is the heavy set lady @ 4:58 with the glasses and pearls?
I love this song, it ministers to me so much!
I go to one of those fancy-pants megachurches where the lyrics to songs are on powerpoint projection screens. Its a great church, but just ONCE I would love for them to whip out a hymn like this. We dont need any lyrics; wouldn't need any instruments either..our hands and feet made the music. Old time religion, don't be scared to take it back!
