  • IT is retaliation, harassment is hard to prove - but retaliation only needs to be an occurrence which cost you your job which was improper. You do have rights, fight these bastards tooth and nail!!!

  • You need to stand up for yourself. You should get a coach who can show you how to do this in a peaceful and assertive way. There is no excuse for harassment. Sadly many people tolerate such behavior because they are afraid of losing their jobs. But again, you can keep your job and not be harassed very easily.

  • @Rex7555 my boss calls me names, swares at me and calls me stupid :'( he puts me down ALL THE TIME makes me say bad things about myself and treats me like he's my father not my boss... what should i do?
