SO SORRY for how terrible my hair looks, I haven't showered yet.... don't judge! This was my first time using iMovie, so bear with me on the cuts, it's not easy going from moviemaker to imovie. California, here we come!!! Squeeeee!
I'm transgender woo lol. I think. Uhm I'm ftm and top post op. Dating is very hard for me but it's nice to hear people actually accepting us trans people. Thanks guys
What NewLesbianMom said. MTF bottom surgery fashions a rather convincing vagina, usually with full sensation. Differences are a typically no deeper than 5-6 inch vaginal cavity, inadequate self-lubrication, not quite the number of nerve endings the typical clitoris possesses, and a need to frequently 'dilate' the neo-vagina to keep the body from closing it up. Otherwise, it looks aesthetically very 'real' and operates just like one~
I worked in a Hospital that did trans surgs. The MTF was really hard to tell the down-below surgery was not real (the major diff is a very short vaginal canal.) For a FTM you can tell, the tech is just not there for creating a penis. That being said there are some FTM surgs that "release" the clitoris allow for a "faux-penis" this retains the most feeling. The other involves a skin graft from the forarm, thigh or love handle area.

hey, what if the person you were dating, was a transgender and they didn't tell you, but they weren't hiding it. would you still consider that lying?
