A rare song, recorded October 1979 in demo EP.

Not an oficial video clip, but the song set with the band photos.

  • Ok, and tnx by ur supporting!

  • Is this a live performance?

Because the Three Imaginary Boys LP version sounds different?

But this song is amazing, love it when they were post punk at their beginning.

  • Hi this is a demo studio version, from John Peel Session, I believe.

  • Gracias Alicia, seas grande o pequeña el favor es grande!

  • Gracias

  • I HAD THIS ON CD, THEN MY FRIEND LOST IT!

Where can I find this song again?!?!

  • (continuing) I would be only 2 years later, and then have discovered that these songs I have are rare... I can't say where you can download it but you can download a program called Free Youtube To mp3 Converter, it's very easy to find in web and very easy to use, then trought the URL of this video you can download only the song, without the videoclip.

    Hope that I could help

  • Their music/attitude's always been 'post-punk'. It wasn't a sound. It was punk in its progressive state. I also prefer the early stuff, but thank fuck this band never became U2. They stuck to their guns and have done what they wanted, whether pop, rock or something deeper and darker. Not many groups like them who have become successful...

  • Lol is a better drummer than Jason!

Listen to Lol, listen to the great beat and compare to jason! Such a BIG difference!

Lawrence ruled during the Faith and Pornography tours!

Demo version yes...Jon Peel Session no. John Peel Session they used different lyrics and that was from 1979....this is from 1978 and was actually recorded in only 4 hours on a very small 4 track in their kitchen.

  • i loved this version. used to have the album but got lost thru borrowing..

  • i love this version..

  • Post-punk was not a particular sound, it was an attitude that took punk into new spaces. The Cure, it could still be argued, are a "post-punk" group who maintained the spirit and kept evolving/moving. Fair play to 'em!
