Part 3 (of 4) -- On toward and through Houghton village, crossing the B2139 and on to join the South Downs Way and round to Amberley bridge.

Part of our Exploring Sussex Series. This is a circular walk around part of the River Arun in Sussex, beginning and ending at North Stoke. The walk includes North Stoke, South Stoke, the border with Arundel Park (River Arun side), Houghton and part of the South Downs Way near Amberley. Approximate length of walk 4½ miles. Walk first discovered in 'Footpaths of Britain' published by Paragon Books in 2006, page 269.
