In late 2009 and 2010, the documentary film The Weight Of Chains is going to be filmed in Canada and in republics of the Former Yugoslavia.

The director of this film, Boris Malagurski, has made several films to date, the last one being Kosovo | Can You Imagine?, a controversial documentary exposing how remaining Serbs in Kosovo have little or no basic human rights, which won several awards on film festivals around the world and was broadcasted as well.

The Weight Of Chains, a film planned for release in late 2010, will deal with tough issues concerning the breakup of Yugoslavia and the consequences of a decade of instability and war. The films goal is to present a Canadian perspective on Western involvement in the division of the ethnic groups within Yugoslavia and show that the war was forced from outside regular people wanted peace. However, extreme fractions on all sides outvoiced the moderates and even ten years after the last conflict the hatred remains and people continue spreading myths of what really happened in the 1990s. What really happened?

This film will also present positive stories from the war people helping each other regardless of their ethnic background, stories of bravery and self-sacrifice. The aim is to come up with a powerful weapon that people who are against war and hatred can use as a collection of good arguments in their favor. The disunity among peoples populating the Balkans have marked the last couple of centuries. Lets start a new page, today, in the 21st century.

Moj savet svima koji zele bolji zivot, neka samo razmisle svojom glavom bez emocija i nacionalistickih sranja... Pa sta mislite gospodo zasto se Nemacka ujedinila a ne rasparcala?? Obrazovanje je unisteno, pogledajte mlade generacije i moral drustva koliko se srozao.. Ako bilo ko normalan posle ovog filma kaze da je raspad Juge bilo dobro za nas, onda ima pileci mozak... Ko ima makar malo zdravog razuma zna da 4 vojna sila u Evropi je bila neko i nesto, a sta ste danas bana republike, uspeli su.

Ratko Mladic was very clear to you: "Lower your arms and you will be spared. You have my word, as a man and as a general." But what happened? Naser left Srebrenica because Izetbegovic ordered him, as they decided to sacrifice Srebrenica (with USA approval) for "higher goals".

@NemanjaCR7 И отворено могу да кажем да срби нису убијали цивилно становништво у Сребреници то су радили плаћеници запада. Да не помињем да су жртве из других ратова доносили у сребреницу и оптуживале србе за те жртве. Док пола тих жртава није и неће бити индетификовано никад.

Важно да србе због тих лажних злочина стрпавају у затворе, маму им јебем продану. Зашто се за Јасеновац не води истрага? Или кад оптуже неког он одслужује "казну" у својој држави док србе шаљу у хаг где их на крају трују

@NemanjaCR7 Што је најгоре сада су све више почели да мењају језик и поричу своје порекло. Наравно за Сребреницу има хиљаду пута више документарних филмова и срања него за Јасеновац. Ето то је то, наше жртве умањују док туђе повећавају. Ништа им не треба опростити, све је то багра која се продала за шаку аммеричких долара.

Није се Србија окренула против Хрватске или Босне, није Србија изазвала распад Југославије, нису Србији слали оружје из Немачке или Ал Каиде, нису Србију наговорили да се отцепи него Хрватску и Босну!

"Multiethnic society which lived in harmony" - WTF. That happens when strangers start to explain our history. A country where you couldn't say what you think. Where you had to cry when a big idiot like tito died (like n. Corea) and people who worked hard on their fields had to share their stuff with people who did nothing their entire life. And you say the countries are bancrott.. In the last years of Jugoslavija the inflation was over 100%/mt. The country was going to fail from the beginning.
