The crisis in Ethiopia is unlikely to come to an end with the next harvest. The rainy season has become unpredictable, which can mean floods or drought to cope with. Even with a good harvest, the poorest families remain vulnerable because, over and over again, they're facing the next food shortage or natural disaster before they can recover from the last.
