The fact that people are just now finding out that he can play makes me laugh. He started in South Florida when he was a teenager before moving to CA with the band he was playing with. All before his TV debut. If these screaming little girls were true fans, they'd know this, and so would Yahoo.........

Yahoo exaggerated a little bit- Johnny isn't 'shredding blues' at all here, in fact he's playing rhythm most of the time. Incidentally Billy Carter (whose gig this is) used to be in Depp's band P.

It's extremely hard to just jump into a jam session with others. Totally freakin' awesome. And he looks so... hot up there... a little sweaty.. (or... is that... just.. me now...)

Okay, so he can improve a lil blues. Hardly smoking guitar solo. the singer and the guy to the far left did most of the guitar playing. Pretty cool he can jam out, but honestly his guitar is shut off or turned down. His Johnny cash style strum thing he does is indistinguishable from the other two.
