IMO, perhaps the place where it says new game should have music, becuase....after seeing this, if its possible, music seems appropriate. But that's just me

I tried downloading it but whenever I open GTA3.img and try to delete something, it says "Dir file error! It might be in use... exiting..." but Vice City isn't on.

right click on your "Grand Theft Auto Vice City" file and uncheck "read only"

hey, this may be too far into the future but, why dont you use the other opening for the ending credits for when missions have been put in.

proper googling had me the right answer, but thanks anyway. this mod is awesome with the exception of it freezing a lot.
