  • I can see why you wondered that, but all objects are natural. The red is made by powdering clay rocks that he found, I think, in riverbeds.

I appreciate your passion for the environment.

  • does anyone who is singing in this clip?

  • "Dead Can Dance", the song is Sanvean.

  • yeah, sorry i guess i should have waited till the end of the clip beore posting that cos its listed in the credits... but thankas alot!!

  • No problem. I did wonder why you didn't see it credited at the end, but it looks like you liked the song so much you commented while it was still playing!

  • sif record this off your tv.

  • Beautiful work which speaks for itself. Bloody irritating sound track though. Pity!!

  • I just watched Goldsworthy's video in my Foundation Design Studio class, and I respect his patience and care with his art. In that documentary there were a lot of his works that fell apart before completion, but that didn't deter him from trying to create more.

  • Arte também é simplicidade, e a natureza é bela e simples. Linda arte.

  • I enjoy Goldworthy's art very much & respect his sensitivity to purity of nature's elements.

On another note, I for one am of the belief that it is long due for humans to regard all things as being "natural." Just as honeycombs are natural constructions of honeybees and beaver architectural dams are part of their natural habitat survival, so everything that humans manufacture and introduce to society is "natural." The universe is full of surprises and we've only just scratched the surface.

  • He is one of my favourite artists, and somebody I always feel I can turn to for inspiration. I have to say though that when I hear him speak he seems to take himself more seriously than I expected. For me when I look at what he does it has a great humor and playfulness in it but he doesn't put that aspect of himself across much when he talks about his work. Of course what he does has tremendous personal importance for me, but still, I find it also has a sparklingness to it, a freshness.

  • best artist in the wolrd i swere to jesus

    favorite person! =D

  • Netflix too.

  • it is at blockbuster.

  • Very important to underline...

Every piece he makes is made in respect for the environment...
