your milss have to be alot faster you shouldnt have to stay to long on your back as soon as you get on it pop to the next one! the closer your arms are to your face the faster and higher they will go

this is very old, I got them down real good now.
I recently figured out how to barrel mill, and it helps a lot for babymills.
