When will people learn dont talk to police when they ask where you been say am invoking my rights dont ask me any questions. Do you have probable cause for a dui check? Me crossing the white line and two other cars crossing the white line and not being stopped draws the conclusion am being singled out.

Did anyone notice the car on the right went further over the white line at the first light, but he decided to go with the one he saw leaving The Curve Bar? That's the first thing I noticed.

Now, let me tell you why I think this officer's behavior is acceptable. The man was non-compliant from start to finish, and the officer was nothing but professional with him. The woman was also being non-compliant. She took off after the officer when he grabbed her purse, and he ordered her to step back several times. The size of the woman has nothing to do with the situation. The officer has no idea who he is dealing with, so it is always better safe than sorry. Maybe next time she'll listen?

First, let me point out where you were wrong. She was being a threat by stepping toward the officer after he repeatedly asked her to step back. The officer was not searching the vehicle, he was doing inventory. Doing inventory prevents people who are sue happy (this woman) from saying the police took items from their vehicle while it was impounded. Also, what was going through your head when you said in your comment that this man is a Riverton cop? Please please please, tell me.
