Perhaps they have chosen the picture of Tromsø because there is a clever symphonic band there which plays all the national tunes whether outside in the streets or inside the municipal house every May 17th. Also the foreign passengers from the "Hurtigruta" enjoys this music.

@mrsuperbonehead If you got Spotify you can search for "HM Kongens gardes musikkorps", "The band of His Majesty the Kings Guard" or "Gardemusikken". It's all the same band, but the band title varies on different CDs, and from different years.
