This video, reminding the audience to be quiet and turn off their phones, used to be played before the movie began at the local movie theater (Linway Plaza in Goshen, IN).

It was so creepy that many people complained about it and asked it to be switched out for something less disturbing (particularly the "soda, popcorn, candy? Mmm yummy!" close-up). So they did. This was a few years ago, like 2005.

Well it was to my surprise that they were playing it again yesterday (Thursday, July 15th, 2010) before The Socerer's Apprentice. So I recorded what I could on my iPhone 3GS.

  • Imagine if she was your aunt or grandma. You'd get this at least every family reunion. Terrifying. D=

  • It plays at mine also, but I can't find any kind of source on the internet for it.
