Principal Chief Chad Smith is responsible for making sure that elections are fair. These people who you see in this video were hired and/or contracted with by the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma with the explicit approval of Chad Smith. It is obvious from this video that somebody tampered with the camera that was supposed to be assuring that the vault where the ballots were stored had not been compromised. All the people in this video answer to Chad Smith. This looks like election fraud to me.
