Hey friend, I hear your frustration. eBay is a great resource but even experienced buyers get stung by sellers who are either sloppy or unethical. I personally call sellers on their screw-ups nearly every time. Most are honest and apologize, others are real jerks. Armature sellers hide flaws like scribbled bar codes, or manuals covered in mold and mildew. Best advice: Stick with professional top rated sellers unless you are willing to take a chance. Contact the seller before leaving feedback.

@MrVengeance83 No, the Obi is definitely the same as the spine card. An obi is a belt or sash one would wear with a kimono, which is how it got its name. Go look up Obi (Publishing) on wikipedia if you don't believe me.
